Bob Marley Began Losing His Dreadlocks

Bob Marley began losing weight and his appearance was that of very poorly person. The problem really begun back in 1977 while he playing football in the park, he injured right foot big toe. The toe nail yanked out of the big toe and since that time the toe has refused to heal. Bob Marley went to a German specialist who diagnosed cancer cells and recommended amputation, but  Bob repudiated the idea, stating: "I mon will not be dismantled." Bob Marley being of the Rastafarian faith, and though he is aware of  the implications.

Bob saw his body as an holy sanctuary and amputation would defile the body of the temple and that was against his religion. On September of 1980, with an ulcerated and painful toe, Bob sets off for the 'uprising tour' of the USA, though Bob Marley was in agony he tried very hard not to show his discomfort.  While on one of his usual morning stints, running through Central Park Bob suddenly collapsed to the ground! Bob Marley was in  torment and pain, he could hardly move at all, however, after only a few hours he appeared to have recovered from his ordeal.

Bob Marley's doctor advised that he should see a neurologist, but after visiting the neurologist, the results wasn't too healthy. Apart from having a cancerous brain tumour, cancer of the lungs and stomach was also diagnosed and, to make matters worst he was suffering from paralyses. When doctors commenced with their chemotherapy treatments. Bob Marley began to lose his dreadlocks, diagnostics test showed he had only two weeks left  to live before his life ends. And although it was not good news for Bob Marley, he insisted on going to Pittsburgh.
